Hi, I'm Deborah Ducommun.

Guiding others has been a constant thread throughout my life. I grew up in a family where coaching, teaching, and mentorship were simply part of how we lived. My first coach was my father, Emmerson, known to many as Duke. My brother went on to become a professional golf coach and former PGA player. Looking back, it is clear that helping people navigate important moments was always present, long before it became my work.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I partnered in a successful real estate and home renovation business. That experience grounded me in sound judgment, financial awareness, and decisions that need to hold up over time. What mattered most to me was not the transactions themselves, but the conversations in between. I was most engaged when helping people weigh options, understand trade-offs, and choose paths aligned with both values and practical realities.

In 2015, I made a deliberate transition into coaching. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of people across industries and career stages, including senior leaders, highly skilled professionals, and thoughtful students. Some come knowing they need change. Others come unsure whether change is the answer. Often, the work is about strengthening clarity and confidence so they can move forward with intention and remain grounded in their careers.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: clarity and integrity create forward momentum that holds up in real life — professionally, personally, and financially.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to guide you toward understanding, challenge your thinking when needed, and support you as you move forward with confidence in the path you choose.
